-4deg C at 10am this morning. Started calm and sunny (8am), then went to variable clouds and breesy by 10am. 6" – 8" of powder on a very firm base. Drifts sporadically 2′ – 3′ deep. No grooming has taken place, so bring your wider classic skis and create your own track. Once again, it looks like the best snow we have had all season.
Yesterday’s high temps and slush in the valley did not make it to the pass to ruin the existing snow!
skate skiers may need to wait for snowmobile repairs

We groomed most of the Mac-Pass trails late this afternoon with the roller. One trail we didn’t get to was the Meadows Loop. There was drifting and tree debris on the trails from the wind storm. It snowed about an inch while we were grooming and it looked like more snow will be falling tonight. We are dealing with some equipment problems; it might not be until tomorrow afternoon that we are able to groom again.
